7:30 p.m. Tenebrae in the Cathedral (childcare from 7:00 p.m.)
This special service serves as a focused meditation in preparation for the remembrance of Christ’s Passion. Tenebrae involves the gradual extinguishing of candles and other lights in the church as Psalms are sung. Finally, only a single candle. This candle is hidden – typifying the apparent victory of the forces of evil. The hidden candle is restored and by its light all depart in silence.
Maundy Thursday

7:30 p.m. Maundy Thursday Liturgy followed by the Vigil before the Altar of Repose - We honor the final Passover Jesus celebrated with his disciples with foot-washing, Holy Communion and a keeping watch before the Altar of Repose in All Saints’ Chapel. Those wishing to keep watch may sign-up in the Parlor. (Childcare provided from 7:00 p.m.)
Good Friday
April 6th
We remember the crucifixion of Jesus with a fasting, abstinence, penance and special devotion. The Liturgy consists of four parts there will be a reading of the Passion Narrative from John’s Gospel, intercessory prayer, veneration of the Cross and communion from the Reserved Sacrament.

Holy Saturday
April 7th
7:30 p.m. Great Vigil of Easter (childcare from 7:00 p.m.)
The Great Vigil is the first service of Easter. The service begins in darkness with the entry of the Pascal candle. The readings tell us our salvation history; we renew our baptismal vows and then celebrate the first Eucharist of Easter with Alleluias, Glorias and bells. We proclaim “Christ is risen”. (Incense used.)
Easter Day
April 8th
7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., & 11:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist
The greatest high feast of the Church, as we celebrate the day of our Lord’s Resurrection, when the bonds of death and hell are broken, Easter Day carries the joy of the risen Christ. We continue to celebrate Christ’s resurrection. Children are encouraged to place a living flower on the cross as part of this celebration of life at our 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. services.
