LGBTQ
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual,
Transgender & Questioning Ministry
The St. Mark's LGBTQ Ministry is a welcoming, faith-based group that -celebrates equality, -inspires justice, -integrates spirituality and -nurtures wholeness for youth and adults.
In 2010 the ministry recently changed its name to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and "Questioning." The addition of "Questioning" means that we offer fellowship to those who may be in
transition, exploring, or coming to grips with issues of sexual orientation.

Join Us for PRIDE!
Saint Marks will be participating in the Gay Pride June 26-27 2010.
This year we will have a table in the Interfaith Tent at the Festival in Loring Park, staffing 3 parking lots to raise money for the Cathedral, marching in the parade and offering an evening Eucharist at 4:00 and a Reception after the Eucharist on June 27.
Please join us. If you would wish to offer your gifts by sharing time staffing the table at the Interfaith Tent, cashiering or guiding in the Parking Lots, participating in the Eucharist by greeting or singing in the choir, or helping with the reception please let our volunteer coordinator know.
In an effort to make it easier to participate we are offering for the first time, the opportunity to sign up online at our volunteer spot. Please log in and check out the fun ways to make some new friends as well as to help St Marks extend the warm and welcome hand of hospitality during this event.
Sign up sheets will also be available in the fireplace room.
